Officials of the Homa Bay County Assembly visited the Public Service Commission on 8th August 2019 to benchmark with the Commission’s established systems in Performance Management, Human Resource Management and Performance Contracting.
The Commission’s CEO Mr. Simon Rotich, while chairing the meeting informed the visiting team that PSC is always prepared to help build human resource capacity in the counties when called upon, as part of its Constitutional mandate.
