Public Service Commission, in partnership with Emerging Leaders Foundation (ELF) , on 23rd November 2021, launched “The Public Service Emerging Leaders Fellowship Programme” at the Kenya International Convention Center (KICC). The programme seeks to train, mould and mentor emerging leaders in the public service.
The launch and signing of a memorandum of understanding was witnessed by Cabinet Secretary for Ministry of Public Service, Gender, Senior Citizens, and Special Programmes Prof. Margaret Kobia, PSC Vice-Chairperson Ms. Charity Kisotu, Commission Secretary Dr. Simon Rotich, PSC Commissioners and ELF representative Ms. Yawa Hansen.
