The Public Service Commission (PSC) CEO Dr. Simon Rotich has been bestowed an honorary Fellowship award by the Institute of Certified Secretaries (ICS) for his exceptional service in the public service and to the citizenry. His current title is now FCS, Dr. Simon KA Rotich, MBS, EBS, CBS.
The ceremony, which was held on 12th October 2023 at the Stanley Hotel, Nairobi, saw over 15 personalities, awarded the prestigious fellowship.
